About the practice

A different kind of medspa

Whole-person care, led with intention — and a nurse practitioner who listens first.

The story

Care that meets the whole person

Felina Sno Wellness was built on a simple belief: that good care meets the whole person. As an advanced practice registered nurse, Felina Brown pairs clinical precision with the time to actually listen — so every plan, from medical weight loss to a quiet facial, fits the life you lead.

The practice grew out of Felina's years in psychiatric and acute care, where the lesson was simple: outcomes follow listening. That training shapes every visit — unhurried consults, conservative recommendations, and plans that account for the whole person, not just the treatment.

The practice is nurse-practitioner-led from the first consult. Weight-loss care is medically supervised, with monthly visits — virtual or in person — that include medication management, goal-setting, and coaching with direct provider access. Aesthetic and functional treatments are chosen with the same care: evidence-informed, conservative, and honest about what they can do.

The result is a studio that feels less like a clinic and more like a place that's genuinely on your side — in Omaha, by appointment.

What we believe

Four words,
in order

Healing first. Then elevation — refining what already looks like you. Living, so the results fit your real life. And always, purpose.

  1. Healing

Care starts with what your body needs — not with a sales menu.

  2. Elevation

Refining what already looks like you, conservatively and honestly.

  3. Living

Plans built around your real life, so results actually fit it.

  4. Purpose

Whole-person care, led with intention from the first consult.
